Your delivery time comprises both production and shipping periods. Here’s a breakdown of what to expect:

PRODUCTION TIME:

Sterling Silver/Platinum/Palladium Rings: Typically produced within 7-14 business days.
Rush Orders: Sterling Silver/Platinum/Palladium rings can be ready in 21 days.

SHIPPING TIME:

Within the United States: After production, delivery takes 3-5 business days via FedEx.
International Orders: Delivery takes 5-7 business days post-production, with various shipping partners depending on the destination country.

SHIPPING COSTS:

United States: Free shipping on all orders.
International: Flat rate of $40.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package is dispatched.

CUSTOMS DUTIES:

Other Regions: Any customs or import duties applicable upon arrival in the destination country are the customer’s responsibility. If a package is refused due to these charges, the customer will be liable for return shipping, customs fees, and handling charges.
