Jewellaire 30-Day Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At Jewellaire, we want you to love your jewelry. If something isn’t right, we offer a clear and fair 30-day return & exchange policy to ensure a smooth experience.


Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

  • Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • No scratches, resizing marks, alterations, or signs of wear

  • Original packaging must be intact

All returns and exchanges require prior authorization.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

Step 1 – Request Authorization
Email service@jewellaire.com with your order number and request reason.
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Step 2 – Ship the Item Back

  • Item must be shipped within 3 business days of approval

  • A trackable shipping method is required

  • We strongly recommend signature confirmation

⚠️ Jewellaire is not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments. Items lost in transit without tracking are not eligible for refunds.

Step 3 – Inspection & Processing

  • Returns are inspected within 3–5 business days of receipt

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days

You will receive an email confirming approval or rejection once inspection is complete.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry (engraving, custom sizing, stone changes, special requests)

  • Items showing signs of wear or damage

  • Items previously exchanged


Refund Method & Payment Providers

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

  • For Sezzle, Klarna, Afterpay, or Affirm, refunds are processed according to each provider’s terms

  • Jewellaire does not control installment schedules or processing timelines set by third-party payment providers


Order Cancellation Policy

Please review your order confirmation carefully after checkout, including:

  • Metal type

  • Ring size

  • Engraving details

  • Shipping address

Orders begin processing quickly, so cancellation fees apply as follows:

Within 24 hours 15%
Within 48 hours 20%
Within 72 hours 30%

Orders canceled after 72 hours may not be eligible for cancellation due to material and labor commitment.

Made-to-Order Jewelry

Some Jewellaire products offer a Made-to-Order option at checkout.

If you select Made-to-Order for your product, additional production time is required.
Made-to-Order items typically require 10–14 working days for crafting and dispatch before shipping.

If a product is not marked or selected as Made-to-Order, it will follow our standard processing and shipping timelines.
