Delivery times listed below are shipping timelines only and begin after your order has been dispatched.

United States

  • Free Shipping: 4–6 business days

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Rush Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1 business day**

Canada

  • Free Shipping: 6–12 business days***

  • Rush Shipping: 1–3 business days***

Important Shipping Details

  • Rush & Express orders placed before 12:00 PM PST (Monday–Saturday) ship the same day

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST on Saturday or Sunday ship on Monday

  • Deliveries exclude weekends and federal holidays

  • Business day estimates are not guaranteed

  • Express Shipping is not available in all locations

  • For international orders, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout — no payment due upon delivery

Ready-Made & Made-to-Order Items

  • Most Jewellaire products are ready-made and ship according to the selected shipping method

  • If a product is marked or selected as Made-to-Order, additional production time is required

  • Made-to-Order items require 7–14 working days for production before shipping
