What should my jewelry avoid?

- Chlorine, bleach, and cleaning chemicals
- Hairspray and similar products
How should I clean my jewelry at home?
Use lukewarm water, a small amount of mild dish soap, and a soft cloth or soft-bristle brush. Rinse gently and dry thoroughly.
Avoid commercial jewelry cleaners, as they may damage plating or finishes.
What if my stone looks dull or cloudy?
Gently clean around the stone using a soft toothbrush to remove buildup. This usually restores clarity. If the shine doesn’t return, our support team is happy to help.
Shipping
Where do you ship orders from?
All Jewellaire orders are shipped from our U.S.-based fulfillment facilities to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada, including U.S. territories and eligible military addresses.
I just placed an order — when will it ship?
Most ready-made orders ship quickly.
Rush and Express orders placed before 12:00 PM PST (Mon–Sat) ship the same day.
Orders placed after this time or on Sundays ship the next business day.
We do not ship on federal holidays.
How long does delivery take after shipping?
Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.If you don’t see tracking details within 1 business day of shipment, contact our support team.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays.
Shipping timelines begin the first business day after your tracking email is sent.
Will I be charged duties or import fees? (Canada)
For Canadian orders, applicable duties and taxes are calculated at checkout.
No additional payment is due upon delivery. Duties and taxes are non-refundable once processed.

Occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier volume, or customs.
If your tracking hasn’t updated for 5 business days, please contact us so we can assist.
My order shows delivered but I haven’t received it. What now?
If your package is marked delivered but not received, contact us within 72 hours so we can help investigate with the carrier.

Return shipping to us is the customer’s responsibility.
We cover the shipping cost for sending the exchange item back to you.
Is there a restocking fee for exchanges?
If returned items show signs of wear or damage, a restocking fee may apply or the exchange may be declined.
